Discogs Toolbar

Discogs Toolbar helps you to search in the Discogs.com discgraphies database.

This was my first attempt to create a FireFox extension. Now after almost a year and a half of the 0.1 release, Discogs toolbar was totally rewriten, updated and adapted to the new Firefox and Discogs.com features. Enjoy it!.

What's New in 0.3:

* Compability with Firefox 1.5 and Firefox 2;
* Name changed from Discogs Search Bar to Discogs Toolbar;
* Added support for the new sections Blues, Funk/Soul, Latin, NonMusic, Pop and Reggae;
* Added a new menu for quick access to all musical genres of Discogs;
* Added the possibility to search in the pending releases and releases for sale;
* Added a button for quick access to Discgs Bookmarks;
* Corrected some links that had changed since the last version;
* New Preferences dialog with the following features:
o Open the links in a new tab, new window or in the same window.;
o Open the search results in a new tab, new window or in the same window;
o Open the new tabs in background;
o Icons size Small or Big;
o Show or not the Discogs Bookmarks toolbar button.
* In this version all of the code was totally rewriten from the scratch, optmized. updated and adapted to the new features of Firefox and Discogs.com.

What's New in 0.2:

* Added a button to hide the Toolbar and a statusbar button to show it again
* Added support for multiple locales
* Added en-US and pt-BR locales
* Added tooltips for all objects
* Totally rewrote the code, apllied indentations, naming scheme, renamed controls and icons to more intuitive names, and simplified it a lot. All the descriptions and styles are now contained in external DTD and CSS files respectively.
